HOW TUBE SELECTION WORKS

Every Quad Defense build starts with hand-selected intensifier tubes. When you configure your system in The Dark Room, you select your tube manufacturer and performance tier based on the available FOM range. From there, we hand select the intensifiers for your build from our current inventory, with an emphasis on overall performance, image quality, and β€” where applicable β€” tube matching. If you have specific performance or spot requirements, we'll work directly with you to select tubes that best fit those needs.

DATA SHEET POLICY

About Intensifier Data Sheets

Individual intensifier data sheets are not shared prior to purchase. Our intensifier inventory moves continuously as new tubes arrive and systems are built, so The Dark Room is structured around manufacturer and performance ranges rather than maintaining a public catalog of individual tube serial numbers and specifications. This allows us to hand select from the most current inventory available at the time of your build.

In addition, consistent with our ITAR compliance obligations and policies surrounding controlled technical information and data integrity, individual tube data sheets are not distributed before a sale is completed. After purchase, customers with specific performance or spot requirements can work directly with Quad Defense to select tubes within their purchased performance tier that best fit those requirements.
