Order Acceptance

Quad Defense reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or request additional information regarding an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

If Quad Defense cancels an order after payment has been collected, amounts due for the cancelled merchandise will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment and cancellation terms.

Pricing, Specifications & Errors

Quad Defense makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, availability, images, and pricing. However, typographical, technical, supplier, inventory, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information and, when necessary, refuse or cancel an affected order.

Product specifications and manufacturer information may also change without notice. Customers purchasing equipment for a specific application are encouraged to confirm compatibility with Quad Defense before ordering.

Payment & Billing

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

Payment methods are subject to authorization by the applicable payment provider or financial institution. Incorrect billing information, payment review, suspected fraud, or other verification requirements may delay order processing.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Taxes

Applicable sales or similar taxes will be collected when required by law based on the transaction and delivery location.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other governmental charges applicable to a transaction that are not collected by Quad Defense at checkout.

Inventory & Special Orders

Product availability can change without notice. Some products may be backordered, special ordered, sourced from a distribution partner, or allocated based on manufacturer availability.

Custom-built night vision systems require assembly, testing, and verification before shipment and therefore may have different lead times than ready-to-ship merchandise.

If an availability issue materially affects an order, Quad Defense may contact the customer regarding available options.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or in separate shipments depending on product availability, sourcing, configuration requirements, and fulfillment location.

Receiving part of an order separately does not necessarily indicate that remaining products have been cancelled.

Returns & Order Changes

Returns, cancellations, final-sale merchandise, restocking fees, and refund eligibility are governed by the current Quad Defense Return & Cancellation Policy.

Certain products—including night vision devices, image intensifier tubes, custom-configured equipment, and special-order merchandise—may be final sale or subject to additional restrictions as described in that policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, processing times, insurance, signature requirements, and other delivery terms are governed by the current Quad Defense Shipping Policy.

Estimated processing, build, or delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless Quad Defense expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address and for complying with carrier requirements applicable to delivery.

Warranty & Service

Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, component, and whether the system was built by Quad Defense.

QDEF-built systems and products carrying manufacturer warranties are subject to the specific terms, limitations, exclusions, and procedures described in the applicable Quad Defense Warranty Policy and manufacturer warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage does not automatically create return or refund eligibility.

U.S. Export-Control Compliance

Certain products, components, technical information, or services sold or provided by Quad Defense may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export-control requirements and may not export, re-export, transfer, release, or otherwise provide controlled products or technical information contrary to applicable law.
