Terms of Service
Return & Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel or return it under the following conditions:
All Night Vision device and Intensifier Tube sales are FINAL.
Return requests must be sent to QUAD DEFENSE within 14 of delivery. Returns will only be permitted at the sole discretion of QUAD DEFENSE and are subject to industry standard 15% re-stocking fee, & must be made & agreed upon within 14 business days of receipt of or signature from carrier for device.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- All Night Vision device and Intensifier Tube sales are FINAL.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@quaddefense.com.
- You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
7. Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
- If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Shipping
All Night Vision units are shipped fully insured UPS Overnight or 2Day Air with signature required. Accessories are shipped using UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
In stock and ready to ship products are shipped within 2 business days. When expedited shipping is selected at checkout we process these orders with higher priority and are shipped UPS Standard Overnight. If Standard Overnight is unavailable for your address, your order will be shipped via UPS 2-Day Air.
Custom built devices can take up to 7 days to build.
Most orders ship out of Charlotte, NC, however some maybe shipped from one of our partners depending on availability.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless informed otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted at time of purchase. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. QUAD DEFENSE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply any item less than the quantity you ordered.
Other Conditions
QUAD DEFENSE reserves the right to change this site and conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product when it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 7 to 10 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping, there is an 8% processing fee for doing so.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, QUAD DEFENSE has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. QUAD DEFENSE shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether confirmed or not and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, QUAD DEFENSE will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price. Errors in descriptions of products can happen, QUAD DEFENSE will make every effort to make the product descriptions are true and correct.
Quad Defense Warranty / Sales Terms Agreement
1: Subject to the expressed conditions hereinafter written, & stated, QUAD DEFENSE, Q4 DYNAMX, any of its affiliates warrant that at the time of delivery to the carrier, all items will be free of defects in both workmanship & material or manufacturing.
2: QUAD DEFENSE’s liability & obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (a) repairing, or (b) replacing at it’s location, or that of its choosing, (c) allowing limited exchange of similar but not higher value, which upon inspection & judgement of QUAD DEFENSE is found to be defective in manufacture, or workmanship, provided that QUAD DEFENSE is notified in writing in a timely manner either from the date of delivery, a period not to exceed 5 business days of receipt of device by the originating purchaser, or if upon usage that is deemed by QUAD DEFENSE to be within acceptable operational parameters of the devices tolerance, temperatures, limitations, projected life of either housing, optics assembly, subassembly, or image intensifier itself such defects are promptly discovered and a written request is submitted for review under the warrant offered by QUAD DEFENSE on products manufactured by QUAD DEFENSE.
3: Regards to factory warranty on “Legacy” or proprietary systems, such as L3, or Elbit systems America, or Low Light Innovations whom offers a factory lifetime warranty on its housings, thereby separating the responsibility from QUAD DEFENSE to the remaining components beyond that of the units housing and leaves the remaining responsibility of image intensifier to be dealt with via the factory warranty offered from the manufacturer and will not be deemed the responsibility of QUAD DEFENSE.
4: In the event that the item appears to have been damaged in transit, QUAD DEFENSE shall notify the buyer in a timely manner permitting the buyer to file a claim against the carrier.
5: This warranty does NOT extend to any item that has been subjected to misuse, damage as a result of neglect, negligence of the user of the device, accident, operation outside of the items minimum/maximum operational ratings, improper wiring, improper installation, in violations of the devices instructions/operators manual furnished along with item in shipping alongside the device, or any serial number or markings defaced, removed, altered, destroyed, or rendered unreadable in any way.
6): Except as to above noted, QUAD DEFENSE’s warranty or liability arising out of the supplying or use of these items, whether or not within warranty, shall not in any case exceed the limitations herein stated, nor shall QUAD DEFENSE be liable for any general, special or consequential damages for any loss, damage, or any other directly or indirectly related or affiliated with the use of any other item, accessory related to the usage of the device or accessories, Etc. in the due course and proper use of the device.
7: Shelf life of the warranty as it relates to the buyer.
8: All of the afore stated items are in effect at the time of this revision or version of the warranty & may be subject to change with written updated revision posted at company’s website or upon revised copy enclosed with the device at the time of shipment.
9: The owner of a Night Vision Device from QUAD DEFENSE agrees to these terms by the purchase of the device at the time of payment. Unless otherwise written, all sales are final.
ITAR COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT
- I am a U.S. Citizen as defined in 22 CFR§ 120.15

I am purchasing the articles identified on the purchase order identified above for use or resale in the United States only.
- I understand that if the items are resold that it is my responsibility to advise the customer that the product is controlled for export by the appropriate U.S. Government Agency and that I am responsible to notify the customer if there are any export policy of denials associated with the product.
- I understand that export authorization must be obtained from the Department of State before these items can be exported abroad or given to foreign persons in the United States.
- I understand that, before applying for the appropriate export authorization that I must review and comply with any policy of denials associated with the items.
- I understand that the products, technologies and services listed on the attached purchase order are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government and that they fall under the control jurisdiction of the Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- I understand that it is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person (as defined in 22 CFR§ 120.16), whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction.
- I understand that I am responsible for compliance with any and all U.S. Government export controls and regulations and that, if I violate them, it could result upon conviction in severe criminal and civil penalties for my company and me.
