Trade-In Program

At Quad Defense, we’re dedicated to supporting our clients in every way possible. We understand that night vision is addictive, and the urge to upgrade is inevitable. This is why we offer our Trade-In Program making upgrading even easier.

Through this program, you can trade up to a new device, upgrade intensifier tubes, or sell your current equipment to us outright. Whether you’re moving from Green to White Phosphor or upgrading from a PVS-14 to an incredible pair of binos, we’ve got you covered.

 

All trade-ins must be sent to Quad Defense for evaluation to ensure you receive the best deal and the most accurate market value.

 

 

Process:

• Contact us at sales@quaddefense.com
• We'll email you back with a prepaid UPS label and Trade-In instructions
• You securely pack your device and use our provided shipping label
• Drop off with UPS
• Once received, we will inspect the unit and provide you with your Trade-In offer within 48h
• You choose to accept or decline our offer
• If you accept we will email you a discount code to put towards your new order
• If you choose not to accept we will ship the unit back to you for a fee of $25 to cover return shipping
