Quad Defense Transferable Warranty

At Quad Defense, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable devices. Our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship under normal use for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects covered under this warranty, please contact us for assistance.

 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. If a defect arises within the specified warranty period, Quad Defense will repair or replace the affected product at its discretion.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper Use: Any use other than the product’s intended and normal usage.
  • Misuse or Improper Operation: Exposure to conditions such as weapon lights, lasers, or prolonged exposure to intense light.
  • Battery-Related Issues: Including use of rechargeable batteries, storing devices with batteries left inside, or battery corrosion from faulty batteries.
  • Special Orders: Products specially ordered from a selection of merchandise or from Quad Defense dealers.
  • Discontinued Products: Products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer, for which parts or replacement units are unavailable.
  • Other Causes: Damages resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the specific warranty described herein, Quad Defense makes no other warranties, either written or oral, statutory or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.

Image Intensifiers Warranty

  • L3 Harris Image Intensifiers: Covered under this warranty for two (2) years from the date of sale.
  • Elbit Image Intensifiers: Covered under this warranty for one (1) year from the date of sale.
  • NNVT Image Intensifiers: Covered under this warranty for two (2) years from the date of sale.

Pre-Owned Devices Warranty

Quad Defense offers a limited warranty on Pre-Owned devices we sell for a period of Thirty (30) Days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers devices arriving DOA but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents.

Other Systems 

Unless otherwise expressed, all new systems sold by Quad Defense, which are manufactured by other companies, are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Specific manufacturer’s warranty periods for those products are listed either on that product’s web page

Warranty Transfer Process

Customers wishing to transfer their warranty must follow the process outlined below:

  1. Contact Quad Defense with the original Quad Defense order number, device serial number, and intensifier serial number(s).
  2. An inspection of the device will be required before the warranty can be transferred. This inspection will be conducted at no charge.
  3. Authorization must be obtained before sending the device to Quad Defense for inspection.
  4. Shipping and transit costs associated with transferring ownership will be the responsibility of the customer.
