The Elbit Gen 3 White Phosphor image intensifier tube, now manufactured under the Twenty Six Defense name following the rebranding of Elbit Systems of America, is a high-performance 18mm night vision intensifier for professional and demanding civilian night vision systems.
If you're looking for an Elbit night vision tube, Elbit F9415, or Elbit MX-11769, this is the same image intensifier product line now sold under the Twenty Six Defense brand. Quad Defense continues to carry and support these tubes through the brand transition.
These are brand-new Gen 3 white phosphor image intensifier tubes and include the applicable factory specification sheet and a 1-year warranty.

Every image intensifier tube sold by Quad Defense is hand-selected for our customers. We don't simply pull a tube from inventory based on FOM and ship it.
Our team reviews the available specifications and cosmetics and will work directly with you to select a tube based on your intended use and personal preferences.

Elbit Is Now Twenty Six Defense
These image intensifier tubes were previously manufactured and sold under the Elbit Systems of America name and are now branded Twenty Six Defense.
Because Elbit has been an established name in the night vision industry for years, customers may continue to see these tubes referred to as Elbit tubes, Elbit image intensifiers, Elbit F9415 tubes, or Elbit MX-11769 tubes. The new Twenty Six Defense branding represents the continuation of this product line under its new name.
Gen 3 White Phosphor Performance
Elbit / Twenty Six Defense Gen 3 image intensifier tubes combine Gen 3 technology with white phosphor output and are available across multiple performance levels. This allows customers to select an intensifier around their intended application, performance requirements, and budget.
Rather than evaluating a tube solely by its advertised FOM range, QDEF considers the complete specification set and the tube's cosmetics when helping customers select an intensifier.
F9415 / MX-11769 Manual Gain
The Elbit F9415 MX-11769 is an 18mm Gen 3 white phosphor image intensifier incorporating a variable-gain power supply.
When installed in a compatible manual-gain night vision housing, the user can adjust image brightness to better suit changing ambient-light conditions and personal preference.
Available Performance Levels
Inventory changes frequently, but QDEF commonly offers Elbit / Twenty Six Defense image intensifier tubes across several performance ranges:

Understanding Image Intensifier Specifications
When comparing Elbit / Twenty Six Defense image intensifier tubes, consider the complete specification sheet rather than focusing exclusively on FOM.
- SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) β describes the relationship between usable image information and image noise, particularly as available light decreases.
