Return & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel or return it under the following conditions:

All Night Vision device and Intensifier Tube sales are FINAL.

Return requests must be sent to QUAD DEFENSE within 14 of delivery. Returns will only be permitted at the sole discretion of QUAD DEFENSE and are subject to industry standard 15% re-stocking fee, & must be made & agreed upon within 14 business days of receipt of or signature from carrier for device.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • All Night Vision device and Intensifier Tube sales are FINAL.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@quaddefense.com.
  • You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

7. Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a refund minus a restocking fee of 8%.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
